You authorize and instruct ZeGid to obtain your full credit reporting information from a credit reporting agency on a regular recurring basis for as long as you have a registered open account. This is for your personal educational use.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services remain the exclusive property of ZeGid and its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Website or trademarks for commercial purposes.
12. Advertisements and Offers
The Services may include targeted advertisements. We may earn a marketing fee in connection with these offers. ZeGid does not endorse third-party products and disclaims liability for any third-party information or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeGid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100.00 or the amount paid to ZeGid in the past six months.
C. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ZeGid Entities from all third-party claims, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) related to your failure to comply with these Terms or any information you upload.
18. General Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal proceedings will be brought solely in Kent County, Delaware. You agree to bring claims on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
